We are looking for a Technical Service Coordinator to maintain the availability and stability for server-based applications and over all infrastructure within Vattenfall IT in accordance with the agreed service levels (SLA), and with the support of ITSM processes within IT Operations.
Your role as a Technical Service Coordinator
You play a leading role in managing application infrastructure throughout its lifecycle from the early until the final phases. You play a supportive role in the overall delivery of Vattenfall IT services. Each Service Level Agreement (SLA) has a designated TSC, and you actively support and report to the System Manager in delivering Vattenfall IT services to the business according to an agreed SLA. You integrate applications into VIT middleware and infrastructure, combining multiple technical platforms. You maintain the availability and stability of applications and support the ITSM processes.

Your profile
- You have experience in Application Operations and SLA Maintenance as well as technical knowledge in IT infrastructure (Server, Storage, Network, Middleware and Support systems).
- You have a good understanding of IT Security and knowledge and experience in administration of operating systems such as MS.
- Ideally you have a degree in IT or related studies – in addition to datacenter environment
- You are fluent in Swedish (Spoken & Written) as well as strong Business English skills are required.
As an individual, you excel at working collaboratively and consistently maintaining open dialogue. You possess strong communication and coordination skills, and your attitude is positive and humble. You are able to understand complex situations and are experienced in analyzing problems and using structured approaches.
