The opportunity
The team in Stockholm, Sweden, is looking for someone ready to take solution-based sales to the next level and drive and develop it even further. The position is located primarily in Sweden, but there are opportunities to help other countries as well.
Your mission is to identify new potential customers, get to know them and share the greatness of Beijer Electronics and our solutions. You will be focusing on finding projects and improvements for existing customers and act as a product consultant in your field. Your sales approach will be solution-driven instead of product-driven. Machine builders will be a target group!
Working as a Technical Sales Engineer at Beijer allows you to do "your thing" as long as it aligns with the vision of the company. Your day can include working strategically with partners, do customer visits, and arranging customer events such as seminars, customer training and technical workshops.
Besides working in our CRM system, doing quotations, and doing your regular follow-ups, you will act as the bridge between the market and the company. At Beijer, we are working as a team and support will be given wherever needed.
Qualifications
It's hard to put personal qualifications in a sales position. What's most important to us is that you value our customer relations, the team and the business's success.
Just like everyone else, we would like you to know a lot about a lot of things. To narrow it down a bit, it would be great if you could tick some of the boxes below:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with a commercial aspect
  • Experience in HMI, PLC, knowledge of Codesys and Drives
  • Great technical knowledge within hardware and software
  • Experience in managing customer project delivery (project management)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English

And to get that golden star:
  • Understanding of communication solutions and digitization
  • Good technical understanding of a broad set of solutions/applications
  • Knowledge of IFS or similar ERP systems
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
