In the role as Team manager in After Sales, you are expected to lead the development of our daily operations in accordance with IKEA Components business plan and goals. It is important to take on the role with the mindset to constantly develop and maintain high precision in our performance of packing and supplying goods to the many customers. All work should of course be executed in alignment with the IKEA ways of working connected to quality and sustainability, and of course with people in focus.
You will be in lead of the IKEA Components After Sales operation in our warehouse in Älmhult, From a team perspective we see openness, inclusion, and willingness to cooperate across IKEA Components as a key enabler.
You as a person
- You are a skilled and experienced leader who is committed to driving success through efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.
- You act on deviations with high sense of urgency using transparency and involvement as mean.
- You will both coach and mentor when motivating staff to perform at their best.
- You are an ambassador for our culture and values and foster a positive work culture by promoting teamwork.
- You are good with numbers as you will manage the budget and cost control measures.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Both in English and in Swedish.
- Experience from warehousing or retail is a plus.
- It comes easy for you to take decisions and have a clear communication.
