In the role of a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will lead and oversee several recruitment processes alongside the responsible manager. The team's primary focus is on filling positions in the Research and Development department, predominantly tech-related roles. It is essential to grasp the recruitment process and provide guidance to managers and other involved parties in the Talent Acquisition process. Additionally, responsibilities involve collaborating on team enhancements within the R&D sector. With the recent introduction of a new global process and HR system, you will play a role in adapting to this change and mastering the new system alongside the rest of the organization.
It is essential to effectively manage stress and excel in communication with candidates, managers, and other colleagues.
Requirements
-You should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
-You are adaptable and able to quickly transition between tasks or fill in for others.
-As the client has multiple recruitment projects happening simultaneously, you should have a strong ability to manage them at the same time.
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a comparable qualification (otherwise additional experience in Talent Acquisition).
-Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
It is meritorious if you have recruited tech-roles before or if you are experienced in using the SAP system.
