My name is Titus Hessel Welin. I am the Talent Acquisition Manager; as a leader, I believe in fostering a collaborative and supportive environment with a 'win as a team' attitude. I describe myself as positive, flexible, and dedicated to providing constructive feedback. Our team currently consists of 6 Talent Acquisitions Partners: one in Denmark, one in Sweden, three in the Netherlands, and one in Belgium.
Your role and influence as Talent Acquisition Partner
Responsibility: You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, supporting, coaching, and strategically collaborating with hiring managers to attract and hire top candidates while maintaining a high level of candidate experience. It is up to you to find and approach the right candidates. The hiring managers you support are located in all our Dustin locations.
Collaboration: You work closely with both your direct team members in Talent Acquisition and other colleagues within People and Culture. You also work closely with other departments and managers, ensuring a seamless and collaborative approach to finding and attracting top talent that aligns with our organisational goals.
Core activities:
- Coach, support, and challenge hiring managers using TA expertise to ensure Dustin selects the right candidates and the hiring managers improving their engagement and effectiveness in the recruitment process.
- Performing tasks related to sourcing, selection, candidate experience, stakeholder management and employer branding.
- Drive continuous improvement of TA processes, tools, and ways of working through research, feedback, and data analysis.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to assess talent requirements, align them with business goals, and strategically contribute to building a talent pipeline.

Who could be successful in this role?
To be successful in this role, we believe you are: curious, driven, and service minded. With a track record in Talent Acquisition with coaching, supporting, and challenging hiring managers, and a talent for finding solutions. But that's not all. It is also essential that you have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
- Good command in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in any other of the Nordic languages or Dutch is a merit.
- Extensive experience in finding and approaching candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Certification in test/assessment tools is a merit.
- Experience in working as a headhunter or researcher is a merit.
What can you expect next?
