Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Specialist PMO to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Collaborate within a team of support care system unit employees, contributing to the effective operations of critical care systems for primary care.
Provide user support through both proactive and reactive measures, ensuring seamless assistance for business employees via phone support and back-office support.
Configure the system to align with common regional standards, encompassing maintenance, design, record-keeping, and organizational structure.
Conduct testing of functionality and workflow, particularly in relation to the introduction of new features or changes in the IT environment.
Oversee account and user management to maintain system security and accessibility.
What you bring:
Proven experience in system support, preferably in the second/third line.
Strong sense of service and organizational structure to meet user needs effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in system configuration and support tasks.
Excellent cooperation skills, demonstrating responsiveness and strong communication abilities.
Effective pedagogical skills to facilitate user understanding and system utilization.
Self-motivated individual accustomed to taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
Previous experience in primary care settings is highly desirable.
