Address inquiries related to account access, search functionality, troubleshooting, and general navigation.
Guide users through account setup, password recovery, and other account-related processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.
Stay informed about updates to the Search Engine platform and convey this information to users.
Document customer interactions accurately and comprehensively.
Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on customer trends and issues.
Requirements:
Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken).
Proficient in English for effective communication.
Previous Customer Service experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
