My name is Karin Fernström, and I am the Manager of Group Business Control. As a leader, I pride myself on being curious, empowering, and fostering an environment where everyone's ideas are valued and nurtured.
Your role & influence as
Responsibilities : You will be given responsibility for leading the preparation, quality assurance, and transparent disclosure of sustainability reports, ensuring accurate analysis of data to guide decision-making, while actively contributing to the continuous development of our sustainability strategy and reporting policies.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of analysis, and reporting on sustainability on the group level. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with other Finance departments and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment in achieving our sustainability goals.
Core activities:
  • Support the continuous development of sustainability reporting, targets, and policies for Dustin.
  • Oversee data collection and analysis for Dustin's Sustainability report, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Actively participate in sustainability projects, contributing insights and expertise to drive progress and innovation in our sustainability initiatives.

This is what we imagine you bring
We envision you as a curious and driven individual who possesses a bachelor's degree or equivalent work life experience, and demonstrates a proactive interest in sustainability,
Additionally, it's important that you have:
  • Hands-on experience in financial and/or sustainability analysis, reporting, and a strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with ESG reporting frameworks such as GHG Protocol, CSRD, EU Taxonomy is a merit
  • Focus on structure and collaboration.
  • Analytical and data driven.
