AdressResponsibilities:
- Manages the Supply Chain within the production site and drives continuous improvements of the supply flow from raw materials, planning production, inventory management and to the delivery of finished goods to our customers.
- Responsible for the production planning within the production site.
- Coordinates custom activities and is responsible for the site FSC certification.
- Supports the sales activities within the production site.
- Manages the local article register.
- Optimizing inventory management and other relevant KPI's with the Supply Chain area.
- Supports internal & external audits and the resolution of quality issues.
- Participates in local, regional and global projects e.g. product and customer development projects.
- Supports in the procurement processes and are responsible for determined parts.
- Key User in SAP of the Supply Chain area and serve as back up for customer order management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent competence based on work experience within Supply Chain functions.
- Minimum 3 years' work experience within Supply Chain, preferably in an international FMCG organization or production site.
- Knowledge of all relevant ERP systems (SAP, BI, ..).
- Advanced user knowledge in Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Fluent Swedish and English required (written & spoken).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong drive, proactive, result-oriented and eager to learn.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and influencing skills enjoying to work in an international and intercultural environment and a Matrix-organization.
