We are looking for a Supplier Performance Manager to join our Supplier Performance Management Team. This is an opportunity to join a great international team on a mission to achieve optimal outcome through collaboration with our suppliers.

Your future responsibilities
Welcome to the Supplier Performance Management team! We optimize supplier performance and enhance risk management, unlocking sustained business value for our organization. We also implement various reporting solutions and needed governance around Nordea’s ICT suppliers. 
You will join an international team where people are the most important, and work is not only a place to go! We take pride in what we do, prioritize a learning culture and strive to have fun in our daily work. The role is based in Poland (Gdynia/Gdansk) or Sweden (Stockholm). In our team we follow hybrid model of working. 
 
What you’ll be doing:
  • Overseeing supplier performance and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, contractual terms, and relevant regulations
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations with ICT suppliers to identify trends, assess progress, and pinpoint areas for improvement
  • In the event of non-compliance, determining and implementing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and prevent future performance failures
  • Creating reports on supplier performance and communicating them to Nordea’s internal management 
  • Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to establish and implement well-defined performance expectations and metrics, in line with the overall business objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Reassessing existing performance measures to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with changing business needs and risks
  • Undertaking any ad-hoc tasks related to supplier performance throughout the supplier management lifecycle
  • Fostering and maintaining long-term relationships with Nordea's suppliers and stakeholders
  • Maintaining a repository of documents and reports related to supplier performance monitoring that can serve as audit evidence 
  • Staying updated on best practices in performance management, and recommending suitable process improvements and tools to drive continuous enhancement

Your experience and background:
  • You could have prior experience in Supplier Management or Procurement roles
  • Familiarity with performance management methodologies, including Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
  • Understanding of procurement and contracting processes
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with cloud-based and software suppliers is a plus
  • Previous experience in a regulated industry, such as finance, is desirable
