For our team General Product Safety we are seeking a summer worker who will the responsible for handling the documentation of Product Safety-relevant data and documents for our global Absorbent Hygiene product range. The role will closely collaborate with the Product Safety specialists and documentation specialists
What You Will Do
- Compiling and collecting Product Safety assessment-relevant data and documents from external and internal sources, e.g. suppliers, test institutes, procurement, R&D
- Uploading and structuring relevant data and documents into SAP/PLM or other systems, as applicable
- Being accountable for the formal correctness of the documentation
- Assisting with the collection and reporting of relevant documentation for internal and external stakeholders, both nationally and internationally
Who You Are
You are studying at the university MSC o BSC for relevant degree (scientific and/or administrative) in Chemistry, Chemical engineering, Chemical Biology, Toxicology and might have an experience with SAP/PLM-based document and data management. The candidate should preferably have experience with or affinity to chemical and toxicological content and you find your purpose in being part of a passionate Product Safety team.
You are a self-leading person who takes responsibility for your tasks and is also a team player. Since Essity is an international company, the role requires you to have both verbal and written skills in English.
