About the Role
Customer Service is a function within the Sales and Marketing organization at Essity at the Mölndal office. You will be working with several markets in the Nordic region and will be part of a team consisting of both front- and backoffice functions.
This is a temporary summer worker position for the period June - beginning of August, based at our Mölndal office. You will report to the Customer Service Team leader.

What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide excellent Customer Service to external and internal customers using our case management tool.
- Advice on inquiries about product availability, delivery times and the status of order for example
- Work in SAP and process the daily sales orders so that they are dispatched, invoiced, and paid on time (Order to cash)
- Register and follow up on customer complaints
- Collaborate with customers and functions within the organization, such as production, warehouse, sales, transport, and distribution to resolve daily challenges.
- You will support our Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish markets.
Who You Are
- University studies within Business Administration, logistics or equivalent.
- Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English languages.
- Service minded.
- Solution oriented approach.
- Ability to prioritize and take decision under time pressure.
- Experience from working in SAP is an advantage.
- Furthermore, to succeed in our jobs, we believe that you have good interpersonal skills, a strong willingness to learn and do your best as well as having a positive attitude.
