We are seeking a motivated and organized Student Assistant to join our team in supporting the administration of the LMS platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and effectiveness of our education platform. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in system management, cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration, and contribute to the success of our educational initiatives.
This position will be based in Malmö at our head office so you are preferably located in the Malmö Metropolitan/Skåne area or within a commuting distance.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Administration:
- Assist in creating and managing educational content and reports on the education platform.
- Work closely with the platform vendor and assist in responding to local admin inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Administer the local and global training plan.
- Test and review new features, updates, and improvements on the platform.
- Suggest improvements or enhancements to enhance the user experience.
Communication:
- Support in conveying important updates and reminders to local admins and stakeholders.
- Support in global educational events communication tasks.
- Assist in responding to customer feedback emails.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Basic knowledge of educational technology, virtual event platform and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
