In your daily work, you will lead or be part of several mandates and work closely together with both local and global project teams delivering an array of work for our clients, which are found across a range of industries and markets. You will support boards and management teams in high-stake matters, moments that really matter to our clients.
Depending on your seniority, your responsibilities can vary but will include:
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships: provide strategic counsel and guidance to business leaders in a wide variety of communication fields.
- Project & financial management: oversee multiple fast-moving workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of your projects, within the scope of the project budget.
- Design and implement communications strategies, plans and activities: draft strategic, high-quality briefing documents, communication plans, narratives and messaging and positioning for clients.
- Manage client accounts: act as client lead, relationship manager and advisor across several key client mandates.
- Business Development: develop and expand client relationships by identifying potential leads and areas of growth within existing clients as well as broader new business leads.

To have the best possible prerequisites for a successful journey with us you can proficiently combine your skills of communication, such as being able to design and implement communications strategies and tactics, whilst bringing your commercial thinking and project management experience to the table.
In addition to that we also see that you have:
- BA degree or higher in business, finance, political science or similar.
- Experience gained in a comparable professional capacity.
- Strong interest in national and international current affairs.
- Ability to effectively lead and manage multiple projects, as well as leadership skills.
- Broad experience in initiating and developing client accounts.
- Excellent analytical, strategic and insights capabilities.
- Strong work ethic, drive and results focus.
- Excellent communication skills. Fluent in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
