AdressWe are on a journey and are currently transforming the way we work. As Staffing Manager you will be a key player within our new organizational structure and have close collaboration with the Swedish management team.
Main purpose of the role
As Staffing Manager, you will be responsible for managing staffing communications and actions for their assigned talents. Within the organizational structure, you will belong to the Operations unit.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Staffing & Cross staffing
- Fulfilling staffing demands and match demand with talent based on skills and capabilities
- Shortlist candidates to all incoming demands and present to Management
- Bid management
- Continuously update stakeholders around demand status
- Proactively work with available consultants
Skills
- Several years of experience of working with Staffing, Resource planning, Project management and/or Recruitment within consulting industry will be seen as valuable
- Fluently speaking and writing English and Swedish
- Academic degree within relevant area
- Able to analyze data and build actions, progress actions and manage business requirements
- Be proactive and well prepared
- Service minded & commercially driven - great understanding of the business goals and delivery model
- Highly resilient, able to handle pressure with good organizational skills and structured ways of working
- Able to take tough discussions and difficult decisions
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Able to prioritize
