Job summary
This position is based in Uppsala, where Thermo Fisher develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases.In this role, you will help our customers worldwide in their work to diagnose allergy and autoimmune diseases.You will contribute to world-class allergy solutions and work with innovative laboratory systems.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Work on the development of Phadia instruments and software.• Contribute to the entire product life cycle.• Engage in activities such as user research, hardware and software design, and usability testing.• Collaborate with multi-functional teams.
Requirements
• Experience from leading work and smaller projects related to development and UX.• Ability to plan and conduct user tests.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Knowledge in analyzing business and user needs and specifying them as product requirements.• Experience in writing and updating technical documentation related to usability.• Structured and meticulous approach to work.• Academic degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction design, industrial design, or another UX design related field.• Experience working in multi-functional teams.• Good interpersonal skills.• Clear communicator in English.
