Sr. Customer Quality Engineer
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
- Handle customer complaint and keep a good relationship with customer.
- Organize and prepare customer visits and system audits.
- Handle onsite report meeting for quality issue.
- Lead the daily meeting with customer and push internal team to complete it asap.
- Performs statistical analysis and trend monitoring of quality measurements.
- Monitor Customer Quality system to ensure the Q performance meet target.
- Responsible customer communication for the product/process changes management of SOP phase.
- Execute and follow-up on the necessary actions to obtain customer PPAP and closing of NC of customer audits.
- Support production to do continue improvement.
- KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
- Fluent in spoken English and able to communication with OEM customer.
- Family with 8D/3X5why/QC 7 quality solve tooling and can use it to solve quality issue.
- Family with APQP/FAME/CP/MSA/SPC quality tooling
- Six Sigma/Radix experience or equivalent is desired.
- Speaking Korean is a priority.
Good coordination and communication skills.
