The position is full-time with an estimated start in early May and will last for one year. This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed as one of Poolia’s consultants.

Responsibilities
• Manage fleet activities in Nordics and key aspects of the global travel program in EMEA
• Oversee Fleet and Travel & Expense policies, address inquiries, and propose process improvements
• Daily tasks include maintaining relationships with associates, vendors, and card providers
• Manage fleet relationships, database, insurance, fuel cards, mileage, and leasing agreements
• Act as primary support contact for drivers and travelers, understanding EMEA policies
• Occasional domestic and international travel (<20%)
Your profile
• Bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service, project, or program management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Proactive client follow-up and problem-solving abilities
• Strong ability to develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commercial experience, including contractual documentation, within a dynamic environment
• Advanced level experience of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on data manipulation and analysis within Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables) would be advantageous
• Multilingual ability (both written and oral) is an advantage
