Job Description
This position demands a combination of technical proficiency, strategic acumen, and adept project management skills for the successful implementation of our newly adopted internal communication platform, LumApps. As a member of the Tech Center Core Platform within the Unit Services, you'll collaborate alongside the PMO and fellow Project Managers.
Your primary responsibility involves bridging communication gaps between technical and non-technical teams, fostering a shared comprehension of project goals and timelines.
Close collaboration is anticipated with our Business Owner, Program Manager, Platform Owner, and various stakeholders across multiple Business Tech Units.
Primary Duties:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret business requirements and address pain points.
- Take the lead in crafting scalable and effective solutions, taking into account aspects like user experience, security, and integration with existing systems.
- Develop and present architectural designs, underscoring their value proposition and alignment with business objectives.
- Define the Technical Project scope in collaboration with the Program Manager, ensuring it aligns with business goals and deliverables.
- Compile a comprehensive project plan, encompassing elements such as timeline, resource allocation, and budget estimates, from the involved (tech) teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical deliveries.
- Play a crucial role in fostering cross-collaboration across departments (IT, HR, etc.) to establish a shared understanding of project objectives, requirements, timelines, and challenges.
- Identify, evaluate, and formulate risk mitigation strategies to guarantee project success.
- Assume responsibility for ensuring that all tech teams conduct tests for their deliveries.
Qualifications
- Robust project management skills, encompassing expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital workplace technologies, including collaboration tools, communication platforms, and productivity applications.
- Previous hands-on experience in implementing Content Management System (CMS) platforms.
- Proficiency in M365, Azure AD, and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Adept technical knowledge spanning various digital technologies, software, networking, and cloud-based solutions.
- Proven experience in orchestrating integrations between diverse Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
- Mandatory cloud certification: AZ-900.
