The team is successfully working with CI/CD where the emphasis onwards will be on developing new features and managing large amounts of data.
The primary tech stack: .NET, C#, Angular, TypeScript, Azure and a little bit of Go.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing development processes and enhancing product performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development efforts with business objectives and customer needs
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into our software solutions
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making, providing technical expertise and insights
Required skills and experiences
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in software development, with a focus on leading and managing teams
- Experience with .NET development technologies and frameworks
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a drive for continuous improvement
