Site Logistics Operations Leadapply To Job

Meta is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Logistics Operations Lead to join our team at the Lulea Data Center location. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of onsite operations by delivering core logistics functions and developing strategies and solutions to operational needs. You will work closely with local XFN leaders and unique on-site program managers in their respective partner organization supporting Logistics Operations. This position will possess influence on IBOS strategy and inputs while working closely with other IBOS teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data center operations at a tactical, operational, and strategic level and the role that IBOS field operations plays in supporting data centers.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, business management and/or any other related field, or equivalent work experience, 10+ years experience in data center logistics, production IT or similar environment, Experience in as-is/to-be business process mapping, gap analysis, requirements elicitation and data analysis, Experienced in cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams, Experience working independently and managing time, Communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal experience
