For the team in Falun, we are looking for Field Services Representatives who will assist our Service department.
What will you do?
- Performing servicing, installing, and repairing customer equipment
- Perform Startup/Commissioning on Schneider Electric Secure Power products
- Perform preventive, scheduled, and unscheduled interventions
- Analyze and explain reports results to customers and management
- Testing, calibration, checking, correcting, adjusting and part component replacement services on customer products
- Construction and testing of circuits and equipment utilizing various tools and machines such as computers, workstations, circuit diagrams and test instruments/equipment
- Technical support in product service, product training and applications including on-site audits of customer's electrical systems and equipment (MPS walkthrough)
- Develop our customers' processes, from delivery to delivery through our concepts for PLC / SCADA and MES
- Support serviceable Schneider equipment including electrical switchgear, PDUs, RPPs, BMS systems, PLCs, HMIs, Drives, power monitoring equipment, protective relays. We have an ever-evolving catalog of products you may have exposure to
- Document all required information for each site (technical report)
- Comply with Safety and Cyber security policies, practices, and procedures
On some days, you may even:
- Analyzing complex problems in equipment and machinery and interpret maintenance manuals, using knowledge of systems and electronics to isolate and correct the fault
- Assist in the developing design modifications and implements modifications and provides installation support for the modifications
- Travel for both training and to support job site requirements in other areas
What will make you successful?
- University or higher vocational education in Electrical Engineering
- Excellent oral and written command of the English and Swedish language
- 4-5 years equivalent experience in a related field
- PC Skills: advanced, especially regarding MS Office Suite
- Driving license
- IT knowledge on general connectivity and network integration of devices
