Responsibilities
• Order registration in the business and planning system• Managing material deliveries in coordination with the factory in Denmark• Coordination and allocation of installation and service projects to technicians• Communication with customers for booking and planning of projects• Reporting to customers and archiving reports• Invoicing and project closure in the business and planning system• Customer inquiries via phone and email• Supporting other departments such as sales and customer service• Handling deviations and working on continuous improvements• Forecasting for invoicing of service and installation projects
Requirements
• Relevant education and/or experience in logistics, planning, and remote management• Proficient in the Office package• Experience with business and planning tools (M3 and Synchroteam is a plus)• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written• Driver's license and access to a car
