Role Context
You'll join our Piping team and work on projects from the start to the end, including planning and doing the work.
You will
- Ensure projects meet standards, schedule, and budget.
- Be responsible for starting, overseeing, and finishing projects, and you might even lead them.
- Attend meetings, track progress, and ensure proper procedures for changes.
- Provide guidance and manage paperwork during purchasing, building, and testing phases.
- Outline project requirements, assign tasks, and ensure progress if leading a project.
- Stay updated on piping innovations and assist junior staff.
- Maintain effective communication with the team and customers.
You'll have
- A recognized degree in the relevant engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Effective technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate, and timely work to Worley and its customers.
- A sound knowledge of the fundamental requirements of Piping Engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
- A working knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications.
- Substantial technical land practical experience in Piping Engineering in the same or similar industry.
- Strong communication skills and natural leadership abilities
- Swedish and English, fluent in speech and writing.
