What you will be doing
You will collaborate closely with the CTO, CMO, and CEO to ideate and design app features, create ads, and develop content for our social media platforms and website. Your role will be essential in crafting innovative flows and features in every aspect of the Napper ecosystem. Sometimes the ideas will come from brainstorming in the office, sometimes your work will be based on user data and feedback. As such, you will also conduct your own user research and be expected to find areas for improvement, especially within the app. We don't believe in micromanagement, instead we trust you to take full ownership of projects and encourage you to convey your personal style and message, and make your mark on Napper as a whole.
Requirements
Extensive experience working with Figma and the Adobe suite
A portfolio displaying relevant work from different projects and contexts
Knowledge and experience with data-driven, human-centric design
Team player who can work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
Experience working with motion graphics
Experience working with branding
Illustration/drawing skills
Salary range
50 000 - 60 000 SEK / month
