Your Mission:
As a key team member, you'll lead in shaping the Bitrefill e-commerce experience, focusing on making shopping with us smooth and enjoyable for a global customer base. You'll tackle real-world design challenges, tailoring products to meet our diverse audience's varied needs and preferences.
Your expertise will be instrumental in establishing design standards that elevate our entire product range. More than just setting guidelines, you'll be actively involved in helping your fellow designers understand and implement these practices effectively.
At the heart of our design approach is collaboration and continuous improvement. You'll play a crucial role in nurturing a cooperative design culture through regular design reviews and feedback sessions. Also, you'll be mentoring junior designers, encouraging their growth, and fostering a team environment where everyone contributes and learns from one another.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of new products and enhance the user experience of our core e-commerce features.
- Work closely with developers to craft and refine digital experiences.
- Provide feedback and guidance to fellow designers, promoting the adoption of best practices.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth.
- Develop and refine Bitrefill's design system, ensuring it remains innovative and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to deepen our understanding of our users and continuously improve their experience with our products.
You bring with you:
- 5+ years Product Designerexperience
- Demonstrated experience as a Sr Designerin leading design initiatives across various teams or designers.
- A passion for design and meticulous attention to detail.
- A thorough understanding of accessibility and usability principles.
- High self-motivation and excellent self-organizational skills.
- Knowledge of UX copywriting best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation abilities and effective stakeholder management skills.
It's a plus if youhave:
- Proficiency in frontend development.
- Skills in automating design processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making, including A/B testing.
