Responsibilities:
- Craft engaging casual puzzle level content in line with our design principles, to create an immersive and enjoyable experience for players.
- Conduct comprehensive playtesting on both personal and team-generated levels to ensure quality and consistency of gameplay.
- Deliver constructive, well-documented and timely feedback on other team members' levels. Adapt and refine levels based on feedback from other team members.
- Leverage data to balance existing levels and formulate hypotheses for the direction of future content.Structure level content to onboard new mechanics seamlessly, as well as providing the best variety and challenge for the game.
- Contribute to the design of new game mechanics, features, and events.
- Assist the Level Design team with enhancing the content pipeline, refining processes, and improving tools.
- Support and collaborate with the wider team, including Production, Code, Art, and Data Science, providing valuable input from a level design perspective.
- Over three years of hands-on experience in live game environments,developingcontent for more than two titles, including switchers.
- Proficient in the use of Unity and Match 3 level editors.
- Experience working on mobile live games.
- Good understanding of live ops strategies and current market trends.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
