Job Description:
As a Financial Controller for Brand & Marketing and PR & Communications you are responsible for the process of actuals, budget and forecast for operating expenses global functions, with a focus on cost. Quality secures all aspects of the reporting process and provide support to operational and financial management. Monitor the markets spend and agree on global handling in how to analyse and follow up on the monthly spend from a market perspective.
The Team - You will be a part of a team of Financial Controllers supporting commercial functions, where this ASP controller for Brand & Marketing and PR& Communications is a very important member. The team also consists of several Business Controllers, one of which is on Brand & Marketing and PR& Communications. Both the Financial- and Business Controllers are working closely together and support corresponding commercial functions.
In your role, this is What you will do hands on:
* Responsibility for analyzing actuals
* Responsible for forecast and budget follow up in cost.
* Cost center structure
* Correct accruals
* Provide financial support to operations
* Facilitate approval process
* Together with HR facilitate headcount reporting
* Proactively propose improvements to reporting process.
* Monitor and follow up on market reporting.
* Set a global process of how to analyze the functional spend in the markets.
Required skills:
* Work closely with business and be able to build business relations in organization to collaborate and work proactively.
* Building best practice-processes
* Skills in shifting between details and overview.
* Experience in business-oriented role within finance.
* Ability to make room for finance agenda early in processes.
* Experienced and understanding business systems
