And we plan to triple our 2.2GW output by 2030, led by landmark projects such as Sofia (1,400 MW) and Kaskasi (342MW). To ensure our further development in this area, we are now recruiting a role as Senior Business Analyst.

Main tasks

• Design and implement a comprehensive reporting structure, establish standardized reporting templates and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting across the organization.
• Define and establish key performance metrics (KPIs) aligned with strategic goals and objectives. Work closely with business units to identify relevant metrics for each function and level of the organization.
• Establish clear guidelines for data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Provide input on the requirements for system-based data gathering solutions to support reporting and analytics needs. Collaborate with IT teams to implement data gathering tools and systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Design intuitive dashboards and reports that enable stakeholders to gain actionable insights at a glance. Train users, including the leadership team, on how to interpret and leverage Power BI visualizations for informed decision-making.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in and support for reporting and analytics initiatives. Provide hands-on support to the leadership team in leveraging analytics for decision-making and strategy formulation.
• Document reporting structures, performance metrics definitions, and governance frameworks. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes.
• Manage projects related to reporting structure development, performance metrics definition, and analytics implementation.
   

Your profile

• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Power BI for data visualization, analysis, and reporting purposes.
• Experience in using various business intelligence tools to gather, analyze, and present data-driven insights to support decision-making processes within the organization.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate multiple perspectives, and make sound, logical decisions based on data and evidence.
• Proficiency in extracting valuable insights from large datasets through data mining techniques and automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Familiarity with resource management tools that provide a comprehensive view of project portfolios, enabling effective allocation and optimization of resources across the organization.
• Skill in effectively identifying, engaging, and managing stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proficiency in creating macros and automating tasks using tools such as Microsoft Excel or other software applications to streamline processes and increase productivity.
• In-depth understanding of the wind energy sector, including industry trends, regulations, and best practices, to inform decision-making and drive business success.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning, staying abreast of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ability to conduct thorough scope analysis to define project objectives and requirements, and proficiency in designing and developing dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators effectively.
