As Security administrator at Telia Company, you'll support the Group Security department with various administrative tasks where you'll manage external resources in service agreements, administer access to systems and support the security team in financial tasks linked to orders and purchases amongst other interesting opportunities in the role.
The work duties consist of but are not limited to:
• Organizing and coordinating external resources in service agreements, internal accesses, and user accounts.
• Ensuring the onboarding and offboarding of people in the security organization.
• Providing support in the creation and following-up of decisions in our procurement and payment system.
• Creating basis for purchases and following up forecasts.
• Supporting in administrative tasks in supplier agreements and purchasing processes.
• Supporting team managers in administrative tasks.
• Coordinating the inbox for security screening.
• Administering security controls in the portal.
• Proactively communicating with company leaders across all geographies and business units about the status of their personnel security controls.
• Encouraging and engaging company personnel in security screening requests.
• Scheduling security interviews.
• Supporting the development of the company's security control processes and systems.
Is this you?
• You have experience in an administrative role with several contact points, preferably in an international company.
• You have experience in project management and working against deadlines.
• You are an excellent communicator.
• You have good IT system experience and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• You have financial experience and education.
To be in this role, we believe that you as a person are service-oriented and structured. You can handle fast pace and continuously prioritize tasks. You feel comfortable working independently while collaborating in different teams.
