At ABB, we have the clear goal of driving diversity and inclusion across all dimensions: gender, LGBTQ+, abilities, ethnicity and generations. Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.

Do you want to make an impact for future generations to come by creating tomorrow's workplace for the office space for our new construction for ABB Robotics Campus? You will plan, operate and deliver the physical work environment and experience for offices, public areas, customer areas and conferences in our new building. The construction project is a total of 65,000 m2 with a total budget of SEK 3.1 billion including warehousing and production. The location is Finnslätten, Fredholmsgatan strategically located about 5 km from Västerås city. The building will be ready for occupancy in autumn 2026.

You will now enter the sketch and idea stage and have the opportunity to work together with the entire organization to develop a completely modern office environment that supports customer areas, conferences, R&D collaborations, dialogues, on-site work and working from home in an efficient way. Space optimization, physical work environment, layout, design choices and collaboration with other stakeholders and driving your sub-project towards a new Campus 2026 are of course milestones for you. The project runs from early needs mapping and strategy to design and implementation. The experience of the new office is just as important as the physical attributes. We want the building to be permeated by our fundamental values; care, courage, curiosity and cooperation. We strive to create "the place to be" and that visitors and employees experience a high degree of innovation, collaboration, learning and joy in the building.

Ideally, you should have carried out one or more such transformations before, even if it has not been of the same magnitude. We wish that you have previously driven change management on a practical operational level and it is an advantage if you also have a certification/education in change management. Very good experience of the office package – mainly power point and excel which are used daily as well as fluency in Swedish and English in speech and writing.
  • To succeed in the role, you are a sharp problem solver who can independently lead projects in a structured way and carry out your own work in a group-based global environment.
