We are seeking a Project Manager to our Product & Systems unit in Gothenburg. We believe that you have a background in the Automotive industry, who has the will and ability to run complex projects. You will be a part of a strong global organization focusing on mainly Engineering R&D Services where you will have the full responsibility of one or more development projects. You will further develop our strong position in this area where we help our clients to transform their products and services. If you have worked with both HW and SW from a project management point of view it would be even better.
Depending on your experience and need, another part of the role could be to help us shape solutions towards our different Automotive customers. Working with solutions you will think, define, and design our client solutions based on Capgemini Engineering's service capabilities and assets. You will be part of our global Automotive CoE & Pre-Sales community and collaborate closely with other engineering and business units within the Capgemini Group.

Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, product development, or a similar field. Preferred to have a master's degree.
- 5+ years of experience from project management or similar roles. 10+ years of total experience.
- Experience in international project environments and multicultural projects.
- Experience in agile as well as Waterfall project management. PMP and/or SAFe certification is a plus.
- Analytical with problem-solving skills and strong time management. Organized, methodical and experienced in tracking and reporting progress on different levels.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English. Swedish is meritorious.
