Responsibilities
• Support and improve the operation of our modern machinery• Develop machines and work processes with a focus on safety, productivity, and quality• Collaborate with other departments and participate in development and investment projects• Perform preventive HSE work and innovate in machine safety• Conduct development and quality improvements• Prepare for production operations• Optimize machines and work processes• Manage investment projects• Handle documentation, economic calculations, and quotations
Requirements
• Degree in production or mechanical engineering, or equivalent• Experience and/or training in machine safety• International welding technician (IWT) certification• Knowledge of CAD, SolidWorks, or similar software• Fluency in Swedish and English
