We're currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Production Controlling Assistant at our HQ in Stockholm. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our Production Controlling Team, ensuring the smooth flow of reports, follow-ups, and process enhancements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Production Controlling Assistent your main contribution will be to to enhance sales performance, manage budgets effectively, compile reports efficiently, support order placement, and maintain product-related data accurately. You will report to Production Controlling Manager.
You will play a vital role in sales outcomes, optimized budget utilization, streamlined reporting processes, enhanced order placement support, and accurate maintenance of product-related data by:
- Sales follow-up, forecasting and analysis
- Budget follow-up and cost analysis
- Compiling various weekly and monthly reports
- Supporting the order placement process
- Administration of product related data

- Highly proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
