You will become the link between the customer and Husqvarna R&D which means:
- Based on consumer insight execute the Portfolio roadmap that will meet the customer needs and continue to build the business to maximize sales and profitability of our Wheeled solutions
- Work closely with the Product Manager in developing project proposals and investment requests that supports the roadmap
- Work actively in product projects together with R&D and other key stakeholders
- Be the customer voice in development projects and responsible for setting the product specification
- Map and monitor the competitive landscape
- Be responsible for monitoring the market in your area and make sure Husqvarna is competitive in each segment where we play
- Working with the full life cycle of the products and solutions, including data management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree and 3 + years of work experience within Product management, project management and development, and/or relevant areas.
- Customer centered approach and business oriented mindset.
- Experience from monitoring, collecting and utilizing information of product performance, user and channel experience
- Experience from project participation connected to cost analysis and product specifications.
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Driver's license required, transportation of products to conferences, test sites etc. is part of the job

We are looking for a person who has a strong ability to identify customer needs and translate that into business opportunities, strong technological interest and skills, but also ability to translate that into consumer attractive solutions through collaboration cross-functionally.
Furthermore, we require someone who is communicative and who enjoys building working relationships and networks with others.
Your strong ability to communicate complex ideas and information will be of great use as it is a part of the position.
The placement of this position is at our office in Huskvarna, we are operating with a hybrid work model and the team works at the office 3 days/week.
