In this role, you will ensure the definition, implementation, monitoring and reporting of a business unit wide program to address immediate Product Reliability while framing the critical quality areas to be strengthened based on industry best practices. The target is to significantly reduce and control reliability risks for the business.
The project / program involves multi-disciplinary and multi-function stakeholders to manage and integrate in the overall program governance. Appreciation and experience of the end-to-end product development and delivery is essential.
The Product Reliability Program Manager reports directly to the Grid Integration Global Head of Technology.

Your responsibilities
- As the Product Reliability Program Manager for the Grid Integration business unit (BU), your mission will be to define, set up and lead a BU-wide Product Reliability improvement program with ambitious targets.
- You will manage and integrate multiple stakeholders in program governance.
- You will also drive and accelerate the change process within the organization.
- Furthermore, you will also have to lead the definition and deployment of processes.

Your background
- You have relevant leadership experience and experience of product development, as well as experience of customer delivery.
- You have relevant Quality system knowledge.
- Preferably you have experience managing a partly virtual team.
- You have experience regarding change management.
- As you will be part of a company that operates on a global arena, fluency in English is required.
- You hold a university degree in STEM or Quality and preferably having relevant work life experience.
