Product Leader Digital Twin

We are looking for a Product Leader (agile PO) for our Digital Twin product within Interface SW Group to lead a high performing agile team.
Who are we?
We are responsible for the complete product life cycle, from initial concepts to maintenance of interface that handles communication between the vehicle and tools using such as Cloud, Azure Services, Blazor framework, PostgreSQL, OpenShift etc.
To support future Electrical and Electronics Architecture (EEA) needs we develop a Digital Twin service as core part of the Vehicle Software Deployment (VSWD)
We belong to the Computational System Infrastructure organization, part of Vehicle Technology within Group Trucks Technology
What you will do
About the position
You are responsible for identifying the stakeholders needs and the larger business objectives that a product, feature, or area will fulfill, articulates what success looks like for a product, and together with our agile team to turn that vision into a reality.
Being accountable for all aspects of products delivered, including setting the strategic direction and operationalizing the strategy to meet business needs.
Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the planned features and enhancements over time and translating the product roadmap features into well-defined requirements including features, user stories and acceptance test criteria.
Prioritizing and maintaining the team backlog, balancing the requirements of stakeholders
Ensure close cross-collaboration between enabling teams from different Agile Release Train (ART) to check and coordinate dependencies and work across teams.
For this position a can-do-attitude with lots of energy and drive, combined with leadership skills is a must.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have
Bachelor's/master's degree in electronics-, software-, computer engineering (or similar)
Proven experience in leading agile team
Solid technical knowledge of Embedded Software Development
Excellent communication skills
Strong team-spirit and collaborative personality ensuring coordination within the team, and with all stakeholders.
The vision to see what needs to be done, both in the short and long term with ability to understand both the details and the bigger picture.
