Adressa Product and Operations Manager
We are seeking an energetic and ambitious professional with a creative spirit, excellent communication and project management skills who is willing to travel. The right candidate can play a key role in developing our business, helping develop new products, integrating newly acquired companies within Business Area Emerging Markets
Key responsibilities and duties
- Contribute to the development of our business strategy and monitor market conditions, product innovations, competitors' products and prices
- Identify business opportunities and analyze existing business processes to find areas for improvement and optimization
- Manage and coordinate projects across the organization from planning to execution in collaboration with others within the Emerging Markets team & business segments
- Coordinate product managers, evaluate with them new product solutions adapted to local markets needs
- Collaborate with pricing team to adopt appropriate pricing actions to maximize market share and profitability
- Prepare & present required strategic presentations, summaries and reports for the business area
- Develop materials and presentations to be used in executive meetings
- Drive & coordinate the service organization and achieve the sales growth and profitability of the service business
- Support integration of acquired companies into our structure- bring newly acquired companies into our organization and business the best and most efficient way
- Plan and execute a successful integration of both people and business processes to assure our strategic and operational goals are met
- Grow and build an organizational culture based on our values Empowerment, Innovation and Integrity, as well as our strategy and vision
The skills and experience
- University degree preferably in engineering, economics or business administration, MBA is a plus
- Strong business orientation, drive and result focus
- Strong relation-builder with project management experience
- Excellent communication skills, planning, organizational and leadership capabilities
- Experience in working with mergers and aquisitions and B2B sales background is highly desired
- Experience in service intensive business is a plus
- Ability to manage high volume of projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with Powerpoint, Excel and Teams
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Fluent in both verbal and writing in the English language is a must
- Frequent travel is an important part of the role and will be required
- Proven international exposure
