Here is what you get to do:
- Be part of a global team of quality assurance engineers; share and learn best practices
- Advocate and support the development, improvement, and standardization of methods, processes, and tools and compliance to quality standards such as Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) etc.
- Train engineering colleagues in quality standards, methods, and processes
- Support and approve process tailoring in product development projects
- Plan, execute and report on quality assurance activities in product development projects
- Define quality assurance objectives and strategy, based on quality organization requirements and stakeholders quality requirements
- Prepare and participate in internal and external assessments and audits according to defined strategy and objectives
- Monitor, track and verify preventive and corrective actions to closure
- Collect, analyze and report on specific software quality key performance indicators
- Report project quality status and escalate issues to management according to defined strategy
- Verify that customer reported issues and feedback are managed according to policies and procedures
- Perform customer release quality approval
Are you our next Tobiian?
- Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years in automotive industry, primarily quality and process management experience
- Knowledge and background in quality standards for software development and automotive (ASPICE, Functional Safety, Cyber Security)
- Knowledge and understanding of software engineering principles
- Excellent communication and team-working skills
Great to have:
- ASPICE assessor certificate is an advantage
- Experience in software engineering area (requirements, architecture, development, testing) is an advantage
- Experience in machine learning and data management processes is an advantage
