Responsibilities
• Investigate genetic changes in parasites treated with different dewormers on Swedish sheep farms• Conduct laboratory work (metagenomics) and subsequent computer analyses• Collaborate with researchers from molecular genetics, molecular biology, bioinformatics, and parasitology• Develop markers for the detection of anthelmintic resistance
Requirements
• Completed degree at advanced level or equivalent in relevant fields such as biology, molecular biology, bioinformatics, etc.• Very good command of English and ability to express oneself in written and oral English• Flexibility and ability to independently solve theoretical and practical problems• Interest in the position and ability to work in a team and international environment
