Pharmacovigilance Consultant
About the position
Are you passionate about Pharmacovigilance and patient safety? We are seeking an experienced Pharmacovigilance (PV) Specialist to join our PV Team in Stockholm. As a PV Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing adverse event reports for our clients in Sweden, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.
Responsibilities
– Manage client’s day-to-day adverse event case management, including intake, data entry, and follow-up activities.
– Lead client’s local implementation projects for additional risk minimization materials.
– Submit aggregate safety reports to local authorities.
– Reconcile adverse event reports from various sources.
– Collaborate cross-functionally with client’s internal and external stakeholders.
– Participate in client’s projects within the Nordics & Baltics PV cluster as needed.
Your profile
– University degree in Pharmacy/Healthcare/Life Science/Medical Science or equivalent.
– Approximately 2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or related areas.
– Knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations in EU/Sweden.
– Experience with pharmacovigilance databases preferred.
– Compliance mindset with a high level of accuracy and quality in work.
– Proven ability to work independently.
– Fluent in Swedish (strong/mother tongue) and excellent English communication skills.
– Proficiency in Finnish is a plus.
– Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
– Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices.
