Job Description
In this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll, including calculating, and resolving any payroll-related issues. Together with your colleagues you will secure an efficient way of working.
Responsibilities:
- Review all new hires in the payroll system, ensure accuracy and processes any necessary correction
- Maintains master data and employee files
- Monitor and analyze the effects our law and agreements have on payroll and adapt changes into the way or working
- Support the organization and answer questions regarding payroll processes in our management system
- Ensure all end of the month tasks is preformed according to deadline
- Preform complex calculations and corrections
Qualifications
We believe you can navigate and build relationships across the organization as well as manage expectations with stakeholders. You pay attention to details and are a great problem-solver. You are innovative, curious, have a willingness to learn and are a team player. Most importantly, you have a genuine passion for delivering excellent support to employees within the organization.
Additionally, we see that you have:
- An education in payroll or similar that would fit the role, or/together with equivalent practical experience from working several years.
- Deep knowledge in Excel
- Knowledge from payroll policies, procedures, and best practice
- Mathematical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Interest of working with systems and how they integrate
- Understanding of Swedish payroll laws, regulations, and vacation law
- Knowledge of how to read and analyze collective agreements
