About the team
As part of the Partner Sales & Operations team, you will work in a fun team that consists of the Head of Partner Sales & Operations and the Managing Director Partner. The team works closely with the Partners, they are the distributors of the GANT brand in countries where GANT is not established. Partners represent a big part of the business amounting to a total of 38 countries worldwide. This is an international internship, where you will work with people from various cultures and backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with the Partners by supporting them in different requests such as new shop openings and refits, implementing marketing activations, questions about the new collection, trainings and much more
- Collaborate with colleagues at Global HQ from various departments: Legal, PR, Marketing, Ecom, Product Development gaining great exposure to many departments within GANT
- Help prepare business reviews once a month
- Support partners through relevant handovers/toolboxes or sharing of best practices and follow up on local execution/execution excellence
- Conduct analysis of market potential/product opportunities
Your skills
- Preferably you are at the end of your studies ideally in a business program
- Analytical, intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Solution-oriented and hands-on approach
- Strong communicator and open to different cultures and ways of working
- A strong team player with a positive outlook
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
