We are now looking for a Operations Controller
As Operations Controller within Operations Finance EU you will be a business partner within Operations and ensure efficient processes and drive continuous development. Strong collaboration with Mill Finance & Controlling as well as central Operations Finance team is key to success. You will be assigned one or several processes ownerships, drive project controlling for large CAPEX projects within Billerud EU, as well as contribute towards the fulfilment of Operations targets. The position is part of the Operations Finance Management Team and is to act proactively in the development of the function.
Your main tasks will be:

• 
  Act as a role model for the safety culture
  
• 
  Drive project controlling for large CAPEX projects within Billerud EU
  
• 
  Lead and develop processes within scope for Finance
  
• 
  Lead and participate in development projects within Finance
  
• 
  Local ownership of group common business control processes, such as business planning
  
• 
  Prepare monthly and quarterly business review for Operations
  
• 
  Maintain and contribute to the development of Operations common management accounting principles
  

The position is based at Solna or at any of our mills within Sweden (Karlsborg, Gävle, Frövi, Gruvön or Skärblacka). The position reports to Senior Director Finance & Controlling, Operations EU. The positions involves some travel within Sweden and Nordics.

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we believe you have:

• Finance-related academic degree, preferably a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics (Civilekonom or equivalent)
• Financial acumen blended with business partnership and leadership
• Experience of Business Control
• Ability to sort through complex issues, produce high quality financial reports, communicate them clearly, and develop appropriate solutions in a timely manner
• Strong skills in Microsoft office-related applications
• Fluency in English and Swedish
