We are looking for you who have experience in support and service, preferably in some form of leadership role and who are.

In the role a s Operational Team le ader, you will have personnel responsibility for 10-15 technicians, which means that you, together with the employees, are responsible for their personal development, set goals, follow up and handle the annual salary audits. You will participate in both internal and external meetings with the aim of getting new and satisfied customers. You also support the team operationally when necessary.
In this position you will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operations work in the form of holidays, staffing and distribution of tasks within the team. We see with advantage that you work from our local office in Växjö and work actively so that we can maintain our cooperation both within the department, other departments within Telia as well as external partners and customers.
