My name is Mika Ikonen, and I am leading the Cloud Development team within our Network Cloud & Continuous Delivery unit. We are looking forward to onboard a new Network Cloud Integration Architectwho will work as Product Ownerin our Network Cloud unit.

We are in a transformation journey from virtual machines based, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) architecture into containerized architecture by building our own Containers as a Services (CaaS) platform. Here you have a rare opportunity to be a part of this exciting journey as a member of the Network Cloud & Continuous Delivery unit. Your role is instrumental to influence on our deliveries, quality, plans, development and customer satisfaction of the cloud ecosystem.
To be successful in this role you need to be a master coordination, collaboration and communication. With your previous experience, you are able to vision and plan the future improvements of your area and boost the team's best practices by aligning the ways of working to fine tune our execution as a leading figure of a SAFe agile team.
Additionally, you will be the "right hand" of a Product Manager in decision-making, planning, and improving. We value collaboration and knowledge sharing, therefore this is a great team to develop and grow in.

Your experience:

• Proven experience working as Product Owner or technical coordinator.
• Several years of experience working in SAFe agile environment.
• Proven experience working in area of Cloud infrastructure, private or public, servers and switches.
• Project management skills, creating plans and following execution.
• Capability to drive and do light level architectural studies and designs.
• Knowledge on VMware components, like Telco Cloud Automation, vCenter, NSX-T, AVI, TKG clusters is a plus.

The work duties consist of but are not limited to:

• You will, together with the product manager and the scrum master, support the teams to be successful in value delivery and doing the right thing at the right time.
• You will take part in the Product Management function to brainstorm new ideas and work on Service and PI roadmaps with PMs and Architects.
• You will harvest improvements ideas from the team and also create business driven quality features.
• You will drive and participate in technical studies to evolve and improve our Network Cloud.
• You will be accountable on Network Cloud processes and streamlining those.
• Your focus is in continuous improvements in our WoW, process and automation development.
