Your Role

As the National Excellence Management & Tender Expert, you'll play a central role as the primary contact between our clients and our company. Your responsibilities extend to refining Excellence Management processes, actively participating in logistics tender processes, and taking charge of important clients. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact on their experience with our services, shaping the future of our client relationships in the dynamic world of logistics.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary link between our clients and our company, establishing and fostering strong relationships.
  • Utilise analytical skills to assess and enhance Excellence Management processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate a customer service mindset, addressing concerns promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the logistics industry, providing expert advice and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with a dynamic team of key account managers, taking ownership of key clients.
  • Coordinate pricing strategies and share compelling quotes, aligning commercial offers with customer needs.
  • Monitor agreed customer KPIs, collaborating with operations and key account managers to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and coordinate impactful Business Reviews (QBRs), ensuring a high level of quality and driving agreed actions.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bring at least 5 years of demonstrated success in a similar role within the logistics industry.
  • Showcase strong analytical skills, coupled with the ability to identify and implement impactful process improvements.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, crucial for fostering collaborative partnerships.
  • Possess a customer service-oriented mindset, dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
  • Exhibit familiarity with tender processes and documentation, a key proficiency in navigating the logistics landscape.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to shared goals and success.
  • Showcase strong organisational and time-management skills, ensuring efficient and effective task execution.
