AdressWe are now seeking an experienced Mechanical engineer for our client´s team of experienced engineers in Åsbro that is working with development of different equipment. They wish to strengthen the team with an engineer that can contribute to development of great solution for products. Here you will have the responsibility for the complete product, including all mechanics and electrical parts.
About the role:
The electronics in these units are developed by a separate department, but in the work is done in close collaboration with this team. Tight cooperation with other company departments, such as testing, purchasing and manufacturing, is required to ensure that they create the best solutions.
Some of the main tasks may include:
• Design of mechanical and electrical parts.
• Prototype creation and evaluation.
• Collaboration with other departments and suppliers.
• Active planning to reach the budgets and time plans. Industrialization of parts and products.
About you:
• Bachelors in mechanical or electrical engineer.
• Experience in Solid Works
• 2-5 years of experience of developing products for manufacturing
• Experience in using a PLM system is required.
• Catia V5 experience beneficial.
• Experience with electric systems, cables and connectors is beneficial.
