Your role
As Mechanical Design Engineer in our team you are involved in every step of the development process – from initial idea to final product, as well as in maintenance of current product range. You work in close collaboration with your team colleagues, production, quality and marketing to develop and maintain our customer centric solutions. As team, we are responsible for a growing product portfolio built on a modular system that allows us to solve a high number of different customer applications.
Main responsibilities:
Design and develop new products and modules
Maintain and improve our current products
Plan and follow-up on product verification through test and simulations
Support our factory in Tierp
Coach junior colleagues
You report to Team Manager Saltus GFA Engineering.
City: Nacka, Stockholm. We have a hybrid workplace.
To succeed you need
A master’s degree in mechanical engineering, or other relevant academic education
Several years of experience designing mechanical systems and developing products
Experience working in CAD (preferably CREO)
Fluency in English
