Responsibilities
• Offer solutions and products for both Medical & Aerospace segments• Manage the development and execution of the global strategy plan for assigned industries• Follow Aerospace & Medical developments and develop Tubing application and Engineering Solutions• Support Aerospace & Medical Key Initiatives and actions plan• Drive new business opportunities from strategy up to first orders• Play an active role in developing production regionalization• Design and execute a product portfolio branding campaign• Act as a Key Account Manager for large customers when required
Requirements
• Deliver excellent successful experience in strategic business development• Solid knowledge in the Medical segment within industrial environment and ideally in Aerospace market• Curious and keen to explore new opportunities and market trends• Degree in mechanical engineering or MBA• Minimum technical knowledge in the field of metallurgy/engineering• Experienced in building marketing and business plan for new product development and launch• Able to analyze business environment and combine strategy with practical action• Excellent communication skills in English• Work experiences from an international company is an advantage• Proven track record of leading strategy assignments/projects is an added advantage
